Compound Semiconductor Quantum Photonics

Quantum photonics involves generating and manipulating light, one photon at a time. At the Bennett Lab we work on devices made from wide bandgap compound semiconductors such as Gallium Nitride, two dimensional (2D) layered materials and self-assembled Indium Arsenide quantum dots.
